We are here to help and will arrange all viewings and if required will commence the process of arranging references, deposits etc. We charge an administration fee of £150 (no vat) for one or two persons with an additional fee of £50 for additional tenants over the age of 18 years thereafter. We always use the government backed Deposit Protection Scheme to ensure that your deposit is safe - see www.depositprotection.com.

For references we always use the services of an independent referencing agency. They will obtain and evaluate your references. If you feel that there could be a problem with your references please let us know before the application. If the application fails or is withdrawn the cost of the administration fee is non-refundable.

We also reserve the right to decline your application without giving you a reason. Remember if you are unsure of your obligations you should seek independent legal advice before signing the contract. Prior to moving in you will have to pay the Security Deposit and the first month’s rent. The cleared funds must be in the agent’s bank account before the keys are handed over.
